\n\u2022 Secretary<\/strong>: Secretary General of the Provincial Council of Lugo or legal official of the Provincial Council to whom he delegates.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Vowels<\/strong>:
\n1. Representative of the Popular Provincial Group
\n2. Representative of the BNG Provincial Group
\n3. Representative of the Provincial Socialist Group
\n4. Representative of the General Administration of the State: Minister with powers in the Environment or person to whom she delegates (delegation to the Secretary of the Spanish Committee of the MaB Program).
\n5. Representative of the Xunta de Galicia: Councilor with powers in the Environment or person to whom he delegates (delegation to the Territorial Head of Lugo of the Department of Environment, Territory and Housing).
